Hours - Normal Business hours are 8:00am -

performed outside normal business hours applies to all types of
service provided by Mr. fix-IT including trip charges if applicable

All rates do not include Sales Tax. Sales
tax will be added to the bill.

Standard hourly labor rate for all on-site
services provided is $55 per hour with a one hour minimum
charge. After the first hour is complete, time is billed
in half hour increments. This does not include price for parts
or part pickup charges if applicable.

If Mr. fix-IT needs to go to the store to pickup
a part, then a standard part pickup charge of $20 in addition to
the cost of the part will be applied to
the bill. This providing a store where the needed part can
be purchased is within 15 minutes driving time from the onsite
location. If the store is at a greater distance than 15
minutes driving time, then there will be an additional $20
pickup charge for every additional 10 minutes above the standard
15 minute driving time.*

Pickup-fix-Deliver is a flat rate of $100 for
labor. This does not include cost for parts if applicable.

Phone Support is $30 per instance for one hour
total time maximum per instance. Multiple phone calls are
allowed per instance (for example, there may be a need to hang
up and test a dial-up connection or a download that needs to be
made that will take up a considerable amount of time.
During these times you can elect to hang up and call Mr. fix-IT
back once the process is complete without using up all phone
support time.) Any phone support totaling longer than 1
hour total will either incur an additional charge or require an
on-site visit where the standard hourly labor rate will be
charged. This to be decided at Mr. fix-IT's discretion.
Phone support payment must be made by credit card and paid up
front before any support is given unless other agreements have
been arranged by Mr. fix-IT.

Terms - One hour of labor minimum on all
calls. The price for any parts that need to be replaced is not
included in the standard labor rate and the customer will be
responsible for the cost of any parts needed for a repair or
upgrade. Mr. fix-IT does not stock any computer parts at this
time, however Mr. fix-IT will gladly go to the store for the
customer and pickup any parts that are needed for any repair or
upgrade made by Mr. fix-IT. A charge will be applied to the
bill for picking up parts. See Rates section above for amount.

Service Area - Primarily serving
north-central Connecticut. Any location within 20 minutes
driving time from the Hazardville section of Enfield, CT, will not incur any trip charge. Will service any
location within Connecticut and Western
Massachusetts areas with longer driving times than 20 minutes from
Hazardville, CT. For these areas outside the 25 minute standard, a $20 trip
charge will be applied for every additional 10 minutes of driving time.*

Payment Terms - Methods of payments accepted
include cash, check, and credit card**. Payments for services
provided are due in full at completion of the services unless
otherwise agreed upon. Any returned checks will be charged
$20.00.
* Driving times are rated by various mapping websites
and software and are decided solely at Mr. fix-IT's
discretion.
** Mr. fix-IT currently accepts credit card payments
through PayPal. In order for a credit card payment to be accepted,
the customer must have internet access so payment can be verified at
time of payment. The following types of credit cards are accepted
